Most properties support whitetail deer, turkey, and small game. Bear, waterfowl, and predator opportunities are also available on select properties — availability always depends on the individual landowner's rules and local habitat.

For Hunters

Payments are handled securely inside the Reserved app. After your booking is confirmed by the landowner, a digital liability waiver is automatically generated and sent to both parties.

You'll receive a confirmation with the landowner's specific rules, access instructions, parking area, any shooting zones, and a digital waiver to sign before your hunt. Everything you need is in one place.

Yes. After each hunt you can leave a review of the property and landowner. This helps build trust in the community and helps other hunters find great spots — and rewards landowners who do things right.

For Landowners

No. Landowners can list their land completely free. You only earn when hunters book hunting days — there are no upfront fees or monthly charges.

Absolutely. You approve or decline every single booking request. You also choose which game is allowed, set your own rules, control available dates, and limit group sizes. You are always in full control.

Reserved generates and sends digital liability waivers to hunters before access is granted. We recommend consulting a local attorney about your specific situation, as laws vary — but having a signed waiver on file is always better than nothing.

When hunters know there's a legitimate, affordable way to access private land legally, they're far less likely to trespass. Scheduled, verified hunters replace unknown activity. You know exactly who is on your land and when.
