Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Reserved platform — including reservedland.com and the Reserved mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Reserved.

1. The Reserved Platform

Reserved is a marketplace that connects landowners willing to offer controlled hunting access with hunters seeking private land opportunities in Michigan and, in the future, other states. Reserved is not a party to any hunting lease agreement between a landowner and hunter — we provide the tools and infrastructure to facilitate those agreements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reserved. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Landowner Responsibilities

Landowners using Reserved agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their property
• Clearly communicate all rules, restrictions, and access conditions
• Honor confirmed bookings absent extraordinary circumstances
• Comply with all applicable Michigan laws regarding hunting access
• Maintain adequate property insurance as appropriate

4. Hunter Responsibilities

Hunters using Reserved agree to:

• Respect the landowner's rules and all property conditions
• Hold all required Michigan hunting licenses and permits
• Sign and comply with all required digital waivers before accessing any property
• Report any damage, incidents, or concerns to Reserved immediately
• Leave the property as found and depart by the agreed time

5. Payments and Fees

Payment terms, including applicable service fees, will be disclosed at the time of booking. Reserved processes payments securely through third-party payment providers. Refund policies are determined per-booking and will be clearly stated before purchase.

6. Waivers and Liability

All hunters must sign a digital liability waiver before accessing any property booked through Reserved. Reserved is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other incidents that occur during hunting activity. Hunting involves inherent risk, and users assume all risk associated with the activities they undertake.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Reserved to:

• Misrepresent your identity or property information
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Circumvent payments or booking systems
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to contact users outside of Reserved to avoid platform fees

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Reserved platform, including the name, logo, and software, is owned by Reserved, LLC. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Termination

Reserved reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Reserved after changes constitutes acceptance.
